You’ll receive a free digital mock-up, reviewed by experienced specialists — not automated software.
We check and adjust for size, fine detail, text legibility, borders, and production suitability, so you can approve with confidence.
Once approved, simply pay the sample fee to move to the next stage.
Step 3: Approve Your Production Sample
We produce a real production sample of your custom patch and provide a high-quality photo scan for your careful review and approval.
This allows you to see exactly what will be produced before full manufacturing begins. Once approved, simply pay the balance (with the sample fee deducted) to start full production.

That experience matters because, before we issue a mockup, we already understand how similar designs typically behave in production. This helps us identify things such as:
- Text that may become unreadable at small sizes
- Lines that could merge, break, or lose definition
- Border and edge tolerances
- Colour behaviour across different materials
- Details that look sharp on screen but won’t translate cleanly in real life
So the mockup you receive isn’t just a visual — it’s a production-aware preview designed to reflect what can realistically be made.
How Our Quotes Work — And Why They’re Bespoke
We don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. Every badge design behaves differently in production. Size, stitch type, number of colours, level of detail, and construction method all affect how long a badge takes to produce and how it performs in real life. This is also why unit prices generally reduce as quantities increase — once the setup is done, larger runs become more efficient.
All artwork and design evaluation is handled in-house. This allows us to review your design properly, understand how it will behave in production, and raise potential issues before anything moves forward.
Where needed, we also review technical aspects with the factory in advance to ensure the proposed approach is viable. This keeps pricing grounded in reality rather than assumptions. Because of this process, your quote is based on your actual design, not a generic price band designed to cover every possible scenario.
Why We Offer Free Mockups Before Taking Your Money
We deliberately provide free digital mockups before asking you to commit. This is by design.
The mockup stage allows us to confirm that your design will work as intended, highlight potential issues early, and make changes before production becomes expensive or irreversible.
For you, this means you see exactly what you’re getting, you can request multiple refinements at the mockup stage, and you’re not locked in before you’re confident. Even if payment is made in advance, the mockup stage still comes first, and refinements can be made before anything moves into production or sampling. This approach protects you, not us.
Our Production Setup and Quality Control
We operate a hybrid production model. Certain urgent jobs, smaller production runs, sampling, and development work are handled at our UK facility in Harrow. This allows us to respond quickly when timelines are tight and gives us hands-on oversight where speed and flexibility matter most.
For larger or specialised production, we use our own factories worldwide, alongside a small number of long-term partner factories. Many of these are home factories that work exclusively or primarily with us.
Regardless of where production takes place, processes are defined by us, production methods are controlled by us, and approvals and quality standards are set by us. The same artwork, approval steps, and quality expectations apply across all locations. This ensures consistency, predictability, and accountability.

- Please check spelling, layout, and sizes carefully before approving
- Screen colours can vary; if colour accuracy is critical, discuss this with us before approval
