What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. When you order in large quantities, the price per piece is lower. Many customers order in bulk and use the extras on additional garments or products like gym bag tags.
Can I order more than one piece of artwork to make up the 100 key rings?
Yes, you can order two or more designs, but you must order at least 100 pieces for each design per colourway. This includes any design changes, colours, borders, base or size.
Can I amend my order at any time?
Yes, you can make amendments to your order before the digital mockup approval. Post this stage, if you want to make amendments, you will incur a charge. Unless the order has gone into production, no changes can be made.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your order without a charge at the digital mockup stage. Once you have approved this stage, you will be asked to make a non-refundable payment of £42 for a physical/production sample. Once you approve the physical sample/production scan and wish to cancel the order, you will be liable for all costs incurred (such as the setup charge of £42, postage if applicable, and the final production invoice charge).
Can I add any artwork?
Yes, you can upload any artwork you want us to produce. Kindly upload a high-resolution image such as a jpeg or png file. You can also upload ai, pdf files. Once we receive your artwork, we will send you a high-resolution digital mockup for your approval.
Can I repeat orders?
Yes, you can place repeat orders from our system directly as your previous orders will be stored under your account with us.
What size can I choose?
You can choose any size between 20mm to 120mm. Please remember that lettering must be at least 1mm high to remain visible.
What colours can I choose?
We can closely colour-match Pantone shades up to a 95% match.
Can I see a photograph of the finished keyring before I confirm an order?
Yes, we have a 2-stage approval process when you place an order. You will be able to see a photo of the final produced product.
Can you match an existing keyring I ordered from another supplier?
Yes, we can match your badge to an existing keyring. Please provide all the details, such as size and colours, and for greater accuracy, please ensure the badge picture is clear and taken from an aerial angle. Otherwise, please provide a high-resolution file with any new badge designs for us to copy accurately. If you have any Pantone references, that is always a bonus! In the first Digital Mockup step, we create a photograph of a computer-generated mockup. The idea is to ensure that the artwork’s elements are present, which will require your first approval. Once you first approve, this will trigger the production/physical approval step, and we will create a photograph of your production sample. Once you second approve, this will trigger production, or you can request up to 4 sample badges to be sent to you. Please note any changes at this stage will be chargeable.
Can I get a sample of my keyring before I fully order?
99% of our customers are happy with digital and production approval from a photograph of their badge. If you want to order a sample keyring before a full order, the cost is as follows:- £35 + VAT + tracked and signed postage from Brentwood, UK, to your destination. Please note that a physical sample request adds up to 9 days to your final delivery. If you proceed with the order, the £35 + vat (if applicable) will be deducted from the final order.
What is Digital Mock-up approval?
Digital Mock-up approval is a process where a computer-generated product mockup is created and sent to the customer for approval. This step aims to ensure that all elements in the artwork are correct before the production process begins. The customer must carefully review the mockup and request any necessary amendments free of charge. Once the customer approves the mockup, the production/physical sample approval step is triggered.

What is production/physical sample approval?
In the production/physical sample approval step, a photograph of the actual product is created and sent to the customer for approval. Any amendments at this stage will be chargeable, and the process will revert to a digital mockup for the first approval step. Once the customer approves the physical sample, production can begin.
