What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is typically 100 lanyards per design/spec. Pricing improves significantly at higher quantities. We confirm the final MOQ once we’ve reviewed your requirements.
Can I order more than one logo to make up the 100 lanyards?
The minimum quantity applies per design/spec. If you want two designs, each needs to meet the minimum. This includes design changes, material changes, colours, attachments/hardware, or size.
Can I amend at any time?
Yes. We give you control over amendments during the confirmation/mock-up stage to avoid surprises. Amendments later may incur charges.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel early before setup/sample costs are incurred. Once work has begun and costs are incurred, those costs are non-refundable. If you cancel after production starts, you may be liable for costs incurred.
What files should I upload?
